This Thursday, December 8, the Nuclear Fabrication Consortium, Babcock & Wilcox (B&W), and DOE-NE will be demonstrating laser welding of heat exchanger tubesheets under the High Productivity Welding and Machining Demonstration project funded by the Department of Energy.
The purpose of this technology demonstration is to transfer autogenous laser welding knowledge to the nuclear industry and supply chain. There is no fee to attend this event, but pre-registration is required and seating is limited. Lunch will be provided.

When: Thursday, December 8, 2011 from 9am-1pm -or- 12-4pm (pick one of two sessions)
