CUBRC is an independent, scientific, not-for-profit corporation that executes research, development, testing, and systems integration programs in data science and information fusion, command and control, medical sciences, chemical and biological defense, and hypersonics. Based in New York, the organization also has offices in California, Texas, and Washington D.C.
