The EWI Materials and Lab Services teams are very excited to announce the acquisition of a Glow Discharge Spectrometer (GDS), bolstering our current chemical analysis capabilities. The GDS unit will allow EWI to perform bulk chemical analysis in-house, very quickly, and extremely accurately. Our GDS is currently calibrated for low alloy steels, stainless steels, nickel based alloys, aluminum alloys, and titanium alloys; other calibrations can be added as required.
