This past Saturday morning, about 50 children of our EWI associates enjoyed the annual Children’s Holiday Party. It appears a good time was had by all! The kids loved it and it gave parents an excuse to show them some of what we do here at EWI.
Thank you to those who organized and worked to make the event happen – on a shoestring budget! Mary Lorenz – Human Resources Specialist, was the team “captain” – coordinating the event like buying age-appropriate gifts for each child, entertainers like Santa, face painters and balloon-sculptors, and decorating.
Mary also had a lot of helpers who wrapped packages, decorated, set up various activity areas like for crafts, brought baked goods in, greeted the children, and then did all the clean-up.
