- Stan Ream, Principal Engineer, Adjustable Mode Laser Welding Evaluation, Wednesday 10/9 at 10:45 am. Stan is the Technical Conference Chair for ICALEO 38, as well as the Chair of the Battery Systems & Energy Conversion Track.
