In April, we learned the Ohio State Council for Human Resources Management would name EWI among Ohio’s Best Employers. Today, we are pleased to announce that EWI placed in the top 10 of Ohio’s Best Employers – for the fifth straight year.
Winners were chosen based on an evaluation of each company’s workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems and demographics. Nominees must submit an employee survey with an 80 percent or better response rate as part of the selection process.
Among the many benefits cited by employees; including professional atmosphere, high employee knowledge base, and flexible work schedules, it was EWI’s lucrative bonus program and employee incentives that were featured in this years’ award booklet.
All associates are eligible for the bonus program, which is triggered when EWI achieves at least 70 percent of its net income and revenue targets. Cash incentives, research budgets and sharing programs are additional ways in which EWI recognizes and rewards the hard work of their employees.
