By Mary Wilmoth on Sunday, January 29th, 2012

U.S. Commerce Secretary John Bryson was our special guest at a roundtable on the Future of American Manufacturing at EWI headquarters on Friday. The Secretary was taken on a private tour by President & CEO, Henry Cialone, and shown a variety of manufacturing technology innovations, including laser paint stripping, AcousTech(TM) Machining (EWI’s patented advanced ultrasonics technology), advancecd NDE technologies, and much more.

After the tour, Secretary Bryson shared brief remarks about the importance of manufacturing in America with the audience of over sixty Ohio business and community leaders. A closed-press roundtable on the Future of Manufacturing followed, and then the floor was opened to questions from the audience.
