EWI was selected to be one of the top 10 Best Employers in Ohio for 2014 by the Ohio Chamber of Commerce and the Ohio Chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management. This award, our THIRD IN FOUR YEARS, is based upon employee responses to questions in the recent Associate Engagement Survey. With a survey participation rate of close to 90%, associates responded to an 80-question survey regarding a wide variety of employer practices. Our results were bench marked against other mid-sized companies across the State to determine if we made the cut as a “Best Employer.” EWI will be listed as such in a publication to be distributed to over 15,000 Chamber-member businesses throughout the state of Ohio.
