The documents that are being ordered and/or downloaded from the website are protected under copyright unless otherwise specifically noted. Copying, sharing, or redistributing the documents in any form to any person is strictly prohibited by law and is a violation of the owner’s rights under copyright law. The following restrictions apply, and may be enforced directly by the copyright owner:
If you are the end user, and receive the document electronically, then you may download the electronic file for personal use to be stored on one computer. You may also print out one copy of the paper. Neither the electronic file nor the single hard copy print may be reproduced in any way. In addition, the electronic file may not be distributed elsewhere over computer networks or otherwise. The electronic file cannot be emailed, downloaded to disk, copied to another hard drive, posted on the Internet or company intranet, or otherwise shared.
If you are the end user, your single paper copy of the document, whether printed from the electronic document or received from EWI in hard copy form, may be viewed by other employees only for their internal use within your organization. The document may not be copied. The file may not otherwise be sold or resold, rented, leased, lent or sub-licensed.
If you are ordering on behalf of the true end user, then you may forward the document to the end user, but you may not retain a copy of the document in either print or electronic form. Prior to such forwarding, you must obtain the end user’s agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions of use.
You must immediately notify EWI of any known or suspected unauthorized use of your password, or any known or suspected breach of security, including the loss, theft or unauthorized disclosure of your password or any unauthorized access to or use of the document. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for ensuring the authorized access and use of the documents.
Violations of copyright law may be subject to civil or criminal penalties.
You will have an opportunity to reconfirm your acceptance of these terms at checkout.
