Lincoln Electric Acquires Wayne Trail Technologies, Inc.
CLEVELAND, May 18, 2012 — Lincoln Electric Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq: LECO) announced yesterday that it has acquired Wayne Trail Technologies, Inc., a privately held Ohio-based manufacturer of automated systems and tooling, serving a wide range of applications in the metal processing market.
