To strengthen The Manitowoc Company Foodservice sector, Manitowoc Beverage Systems, Inc. was formed in 1999 with the acquisition of five privately held USA beverage industry distributors. Headquartered in Sellersburg, Indiana, they are currently the second largest distributor of backroom installation kits, parts, accessories and equipment for the beverage industry.
