Working with EWI
Companies can engage with EWI on a membership or per-project basis.
EWI MEMBERS have direct access to EWI technical staff, facilities, and library research services. We help you solve your toughest problems, deliver higher-quality products faster, and gain the competitive edge in evolving manufacturing environments. ON A PER-PROJECT BASIS, organizations can work with EWI engineers and use our vast resources to resolve novel manufacturing dilemmas. Our capabilities include Welding & Joining, Advanced Automation, Additive Manufacturing, Metals Forming, Structural Integrity & Design, and NDE & Inspection. We also offer a full complement of lab and testing services.
Organizations can engage with EWI on a per-project basis for advisory, technology development, technology implementation, and production support services. Research opportunities are offered through our three consortia — the Additive Manufacturing Consortium, the Strategic Technology Committee for Oil & Gas, and the EWI Forming Center Consortium, as well as through joint industries and government programs.
